Associated Record Types: Facility Types
A Facility can be selected, when applicable, in both Service Request and Project Records. When a user selects a Facility Type, the dropdown list of Facilities is populated based on that selection.
Facility information is used in PPR reporting relating to Facility monitoring. Agencies may also use these fields to track other types of facilites and institutions that are the subject of service requests and/or projects.

Options: Is Default
Optionally, agencies can track the address, contact and capacity information for each facility. Information entered here can be retreived using the Report Generator.

Select The Facility Type(s) for this Facility.
