Races Form

Basic Info Tab

• Name Display name of the option (Short Text - required)

• Description This field is for agency use. (Long Text - optional)

• Mapped Race Selections are based on PPR categories.

• Use with Clients This box should be checked unless the option should not appear for Clients (Checkbox)

• Use with Project Race This box should be checked unless the option should not appear for Projects (Checkbox)

• Use with Project Primary Ethnic Groups (legacy) Agencies using Primary Ethnic Groups in Projects should check this box unless the option should not appear for Project Primary Ethnic Groups (Checkbox) (Checkbox)

• Is the Default Option This box should be checked for the "Not Selected" option. (Checkbox)

• Active Date The option will appear as an option for records with a Reference Date that is between the Active Date and Inactive Date. (Required)

• Inactive Date The option will appear as an option for records with a Reference Date that is between the Active Date and Inactive Date. (Optional)

Funds Tab

In most setups, all Funding Sources should be selected for each Race.
