Publications

Page Type: Table (URL: https://dad3.ndrn.org/admin/admindisplaypublications)

Publications are records that can optionally be added to Service Request and Project records to track the dissemination of publications by the agency. If using this feature, Publication Types and Publications are configured here. If many publications are being tracked, agencies may more than one Publication Type to organize the possible selections.

Basic Info Tab

Publication records contain the following fields:

• Name
• Description
• Publication Number (internal ID)
• Number Created (total number produced)
• Local Label 1, Local Label 2 (alternate labels for internal use)
• Publication Type (dropdown selection)
• Language (dropdown selection)
• Active Date
• Inactive Date

Publication Categories Tab

Select the Publication Categories for this publication.
