Service Request Types

Service Request Types are used to specify the type of service being provided to an individual. The federal mappings for this field are used in PPR reports as follows:
| Mapped Service Request Type | Definition | Use in PPRs Reports |
|---|---|---|
| Case Service (Individual Advocacy Service/Self Advocacy) | Cases for individual clients | All P&A funding sources |
| Case Service (Individual Investigation) | Investigations pertaining to a single individual | PADD, PAAT, PATBI, PAIMI Only |
| Non-Case Service (I&R) | Information and Referral services | All P&A funding sources |
| Non-Case Service (Not I&R/TA) | For internal use | Not in PPR reports |
| Non-Case Service (Technical Assistance) | TA services to non-clients | PADD, PAAT, PATBI, PAVA, PAIMI Only |
