Intervention Strategies

Has Field Mapping / Associated Record Types: Funding Sources, Service Request Types (Service Requests)
Intervention Strategies are options used to track the type of intervention used when closing a Service Request, for reporting purposes. Mapped Intervention Strategy selections reflect the federally reportable options for all funding sources. Agencies may modify Intervention Strategy selections that end users see if desired. For accurate reporting, each mapped Intervention Strategy must have at least one active selection mapped to it for each applicable Funding Source.
Options: Is the Default Option, Requires an Explanation

Basic Info Tab

Name Display name of the option (Short Text - required)

Description This field is for agency use. (Long Text - optional)

Mapped Intervention Strategy Selections are based on PPR categories.

Is the Default Option This box should be checked for the "Not Selected" option. (Checkbox)

Requires an Description This box should be checked to require additional text description when selected. (Checkbox)

Active Date The option will appear as an option for records with a Reference Date that is between the Active Date and Inactive Date. (Required)

Inactive Date The option will appear as an option for records with a Reference Date that is between the Active Date and Inactive Date. (Optional)
Funds Tab
Select one or more Funding Sources for this Intervention Strategy.
Service Request Types Tab
Select one or more Service Request Types for this Intervention Strategy.
